Overview
A laboratory result is only as good as the sample behind it. BCBD draws representative samples in the field — at factory, warehouse, tank or ship’s hold — seals and labels them, and dispatches them under a documented chain of custody to the laboratory you nominate, or to one we arrange.
What we sample
Our samplers work daily across the commodities we inspect: grains and agri products, raw cotton, frozen foods, petroleum and coal, pulp and paper, and consumer goods. We take on assignments as a one-off or on a standing basis — a single consignment or every consignment.
Testing & analysis
To meet specific requirements, BCBD has access to laboratories with advanced testing and analysis equipment in Bangladesh and worldwide. Results are reported against your contract specification, with the sampling record attached — so the finding is traceable from the hold to the certificate.
