ECONOMIC LIFE CERTIFICATION OF USED MACHINERY
Exports of used capital machinery to Bangladesh require an
Inspection Certificate for Customs clearance. BCBD is approved by the Ministry
of Commerce of the Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh to carry
out the necessary 3rd party inspection for Customs clearance to check quantity,
visual quality, packing and marking against the commercial/proforma invoice and
related letter of credit.
As per Import Policy Order 2021-2024 (SRO No.92-Ain/2022, dated
20/04/2022) all used/ reconditioned Machinery and equipment imported to this
territory are subject to post landing inspection and certification for Customs
clearance.
